Included for the non-refundable and non-transferable $175 + tax Signature Series Image reservation fee are: up to 30-minute session on your selected date at the selected time slot at the studio, editing of 3 images, in-person design and ordering appointment at the studio. Client has the option to upgrade size and/or finish of wall art piece and purchase additional prints for an additional fee. If the client or a family member is feeling ill, please call us to reschedule your closeup.
CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL: The client agrees to arrive several minutes early for their session slot. No refunds will be given if a client misses the appointment. We unfortunately cannot push back time slots for late arrivals as that affects the following appointments. Javon Longieliere Photography is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Javon Longieliere Photography will do the best that they can to keep to our schedule, some times we do run behind, but we will make sure that your child will get their full time with Santa.
COPYRIGHT/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT: Javon Longieliere Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. The Client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Studio and Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Javon Longieliere Photography. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Javon Longieliere Photography’s written permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
